"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."

"Great location and although a popular area, it wasn't that noisy. Clean and spacious. Modern. Air conditioning a bonus since it was hot. They also provide security which wasn't really needed but nice to have around Trafalgar square."

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was unbeatable - in a neat neighborhood walking distance to all the major sites and a 3 min walk to the tube. Transfer to and from the airport was a breeze. Only potential negative was room size- it was definitely very cozy but also very clean. Overall would definitely stay again!"
