"We had a wonderful stay at The Londoner, it’s luxurious, boujee, and has a really great vibe throughout the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel special. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was beautifully designed, spotless, and felt very high-end. As it was my friend’s birthday, we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were also given a drinks...

"Quirky and superb. Room was really excellent- very comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Coffee, good TV etc. Staff were brilliant. Cocktails v good. Location just superb. Pedestrian street so no traffic noise. Cannot recommend highly enough for a boutique hotel option. "

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room. Andrew the porter is 5 Stars and all our thanks to Hannah in guest relations for planning the most amazing stay! Don't forget to check out the spa too. "
