"While it was on a busy street and difficult to find where to park, the manager was amazing and helped us with our suitcases. The rooms are located above the restaurant and there is no elevator but it was only one flight of stairs. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There is no A/C so it was a little hot because we couldn't open the window."

However, the pathway to the airport itself could be in better condition and better signposted - there are no clearly indicated pedestrian crossings so one has to drag the bags through rough pavements and jump in before cars to cross."
"It was very comfortable and clean. They had a discount on breakfast if you joined them and also a discount on parking. It was super close to the trams and had a krispy crème, kfc, and lots of shopping options across the street. I would definitely stay again."

"See unique, boutique, hotel with beautiful views of the water and the bridge restaurant right downstairs and another breakfast lunch restaurants on the premises. Had a great time wonderful property. Not necessarily a destination, but if you’d like to spend the night or two and relax, it is very pleasant.. it was our last night in Edinburgh. We needed a place to stay before we went to the airport in the morning and had a great time not in the middle of town however so you will need to get a taxi...
