"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. "Awesome location for a family trip! We traveled here for a week with our 3 kids ages 6, 3, and 4 months old. The beach was wide and beautiful. There are plenty of chairs near umbrellas for shade but also a large area for kids to play in the sand and swim in the ocean. My kids loved the 2 kid pools with slides. "Very disappointing experience. Myself, my husband, and three friends felt completely ignored and poorly treated throughout our stay. Customer service was lacking, and we even had to involve a manager from the front desk just to be heard. We did not feel welcomed at all. Would not recommend."

"A must stay resort! I was very impressed with the property. Absolutely beautiful place. The staff was were always so friendly everywhere you went on the property. Rooms were always clean. Food was actually very good! No complaints. One minor issue, when we arrived to our room we realized our phone did not work....unfortunately we had to go to reception desk every single day to ask for a new phone. Receptionist always called someone and they would send a guy to fix it the next day..Never did....
