"Updated and beautiful rooms, spacious as well. Staff super helpful and always kept common spaces and rooms clean. We got a rental car halfway through our stay and was able to find parking very easily even on weekends. No laundry services, just a fitness center. Appreciated the 24/7 juice, coffee and water though, and the nice rooftop patio. I would love for them to add more entertainment e.g a pool or lounge area and maybe a little more variety in the cold breakfast (just muffins and oatmeal,...

"I would never stay here again. Extremely small room, just a bed with no room to walk around. The room smelled damp and musty. There was a broken down car and tons of trash behind our room. Zero amenities. Pay the extra dollars to stay at the Garland. This place is NOT a hotel!"

"I had a beautiful and relaxing stay at the Colony Inn Hotel. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a very pleasant experience. There are just two areas that could be improved: having a microwave in the room would be more convenient, and the TV could benefit from being mounted on a more secure swivel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future."

"This is a great option if you want to be close to the park. The shuttle is pretty easy to use and we got on every time. The hotel has a bar/restaurant too which is convenient. The rooms are well appointed and recently updated. We always stay here when we are going to Universal Studios."

"Clean room, nice people. Parking was tight, and the shuttle was fully booked when we reserved our room (3.5 weeks out). They did let us arrive early and park so we could make it to universal. But the shuttle was part of the reason I booked here."

"Unfortunately they are remodeling their bar and restaurant at this time. But we’re accommodating in taking to local restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Van to Burbank airport was great as they did the time that I prearranged."
