"We stayed 3 days. Not bad if you just need a place to sleep while universal trip. But my room was def not worth what i spent. Starting from the unswept floors. To the broken backboards from the bed. To the person laying in the area of the sliding doors in our room. Definitely wished I would’ve gone with my first option and stayed with family at the hotel over :(. Im happy the staff were great, i was too shy to complain:/."

"We got booked in room 227. The room had a weird smell that hit you as soon as you walked in. We saw ants near the sink, shampoo was not refilled both days, I saw roaches in the outside of the building (thank goodness not inside). Parking was a challenge, both nights we stayed there was someone occupying our parking space (in front of our door). They have a note in one of the tables stating that if we find any broken things or anything malfunctioning to notify immediately and to make sure we lock...

"The housekeeping team does amazing. This motel does require a 100 dollar deposit during check-in, cash or card, but cash is given back the day of check out, while the card takes a little longer. They don't offer breakfast, but overall not a bad location, very close to many stores, food, Universal, etc."

"Bad place a lot of homeless people rund down hotel. Motel 6 is probably way better. It's totally false advertisement that's why no refund. They guy went in the room before we did took a minutes to fix whatever there was no couch a old futon it smell like mildew and paint plus no room everything was so close to everything the online picture shows enough space tv on wall everything was so different.
