"Our room was a disaster. The heating unit was not functional, making it cold for us. The drain for the tub never went down so we had to shower in a filled tub. We told maintenance which took them almost 12 hours to get to us. He put Drano down the tub and that never worked. The telephone had no connection. And the heating unit he said “it is what it is”. I attempted to email and call the manager 3 times to resolve it with no resolution. "

"The hotel looks more like a motel. There are people living there, and as soon as you arrive it smells strongly like cigarettes and marijuana. You can call and call, and no one answers. The room itself is clean, but it still smells a lot like marijuana. The jacuzzi’s water handle is broken, so you can’t turn the water on properly. "Basic accommodations close to Shawnee Ski Area. Beds, pillows and towels all in bad need of upgrades along with old heating units that are hard to regulate. Tissues and plastic cups would be appreciated room additions. But rooms are clean and aside from one recent visit when heat and hot water were not working, functional. The staff is friendly and the pub is open late and always fun! We only need a place to crash for one night and can’t beat the price and location!"
