"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good."

"The property was nice to take photos, pool is huge and spacious. The downsides of this hotel are as follows: Staff inconsistencies meaning every staff have something different to say, food was not so good not much varieties. Y'all need to have more jerk spot base on the size of the property. Entering the villa was smelly, they could place some nice air freshners on the stairways. "I had the best 5-day vacation at the Travelers Beach Resort! It was UNIQUE! The resort is right on the beach. We were within walking distance of everything. We felt safe walking to the stores on the street. Our cross guard at the hotel ensured our safety. I have never stayed at any resort where ALL the staff were excellent!
