However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !"

The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation. We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu.
