"Close to the railway station. Super close to the beach. Front desk had great staff. The seventh floor overlooks the water. Partial view but ok. For full views of the water the grand Brighton it is. Rooms are clean and everything is brand new. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Room size is in the description. Eat at the wetherspoon. Great food and great prices and super close. So this is a great hotel and great value for money. "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely rooms with all the comforts you could require. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. Breakfast was good, a variety of fruits, cereals, continental breakfast staples and cooked English breakfast offered as well. Would recommend and stay again."

"This is such a lovely hotel, in a really good location. It has the facilities of a hotel but allows the freedom of an apartment. A full kitchen - with dishwasher - in the room. A dining area and a large TV, in addition to a good sized bathroom and excellent bed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good range of food, we preferred the continental but there were some hot choices. There’s a lovely games room, a small gym and a good sized on site laundry for customers as well....

"Was a fantastic hotel. Excellent staff who went out of their way to make the experience a great solo break. Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. "The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"
