"Very friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. Well positioned on the seafront with the 700 bus stopping right outside and going direct into the centre of Brighton regularly. Our Executive Room was a good size with a small outside terrace. Breakfast was amazing and very good portions for the full English. All in all, a good value stay. Would use again"

"The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"

"We had a lovely stay, the space is well designed, really clean and inviting. The patio is a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee with the peaceful sounds of only the birds. We spent most of our time at the beach which is only 4 mins walk away through a short cut between the houses which is accessible. My son is a wheelchair user and the hosts were really helpful communicating to us and working out if the space would work. We just about managed to get my sons powered wheelchair into the property - the entrance is flat but narrow and there is a very narrow turning circle. Kitchen was well equiped, bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, TV worked well....no complaints what-so-ever!!"
