"Clean rooms, but somewhat dated. Over priced in my opinion. Not really a boutique hotel. Good on site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Within a five minute walk to Avon Theatre. Great staff"

Although we shared a bathroom we never saw anyone else and a second power room was a available. The neighbourhood was just as wonderful. We will be back."

Parking was great. Great boutique hotel. They had a cover band downstairs in the bar and we could barely hear them. They way they repurposed this building into a boutique hotel was amazing."

Despite there being no front/receptionist desk (you have to contact their sister Hotel The Windsor Hotel) and no actual keys (both the hotel door and the room doors use numerical button plates with a code to or each provided when you check in), the rooms are quite comfortable and large enough to move around in; my own room could have accommodated two (a four-poster bed and a sofa bed). Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."
