"No front desk after hours, I think I woke someone up when I pressed ZERO on the house phone. The room was exactly what you might expect for $75 all in. Looked like a prison barrack. It had a small kitchen area, but two rock hard plastic chairs, a laminate floor and it smelled quite musty. It was also raining, and it sounded like raindrops were hitting an internal vent or something. Happy to sleep and get out of there."

"Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great."

"I was charged twice for my room. Once $280 from Expedia and then an additional charge of $275 and $50 when I arrived at the hotel. I was told the extra charges would drop in a few business days. It has been 10 business days and the charges have not dropped from my account. This is terribly inconvenient and not acceptable."

Breakfast was not ready until about five minutes after posted time, which was fine for our family, but I felt bad for the construction workers who probably had to eat quickly and then leave to get to their job site. "The lamp in our room didn't work and they couldn't give us one that would. There was a complete kitchen that was basically useless, had no dishes, no silverware, and no pots and pans. Must just be there for the pictures. On top of that there was no breakfast included. The price was way too high for what we got."
