"Check in was easy, room was okay for price , I asked to add some nice touches as it was my anniversary and I’d pay extra, they just left a note on the bed. "I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "Parking behind main building is limited, we got the last space. Unfortunately our twin room was like an outbuilding in the car park and very cold (radiators didn’t work) with a lamp not working and a spot lamp flashing on and off. Reported to staff and they put an electric radiator in the room which took the chill off. They said they’d have to get an electrician out re the lighting problems.
