"This is a great guest house.
My only objection was that they record a credit card in case of damage even after the room is paid. I know many places take a deposit, but this allows anyone to blame the guest for something that may have been damaged by anyone entering the room after you leave including a cleaner. And there is not a limit. Eg £100- they could potentially rob you if they wanted.
The hotel itself is immaculate, great WiFi and location. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic!...

"We stayed in the carriage house basement apartment and it was amazing! The apartment is large has a lot of living space is super clear and comfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk to Victoria station and from there you can get anywhere in London! We were traveling with two teens and it was a great location! Also lots of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores in walking distance.
Only watch out is the apartment is only accessible by a set a VERY steep stairs. It was not an issue for us but I could...

"Property was immaculate and staff were amazing to deal with! Only downside is that we didn’t have warm enough weather to enjoy the stunning garden area ! Really convenient with the tube being a 3 min walk away. Loved the bar and how different the cocktails were to normal we didn’t try the restaurant however the food looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again "

"Hotel was conveniently located for arrival at Victoria Station. Steps to Wicked. Many dining options around. Included breakfast was excellent. Room was quite large and comfortable for the price point in London. Only issue was we had booked a deluxe double and was initially given an accessible room with one bed. Staff were quick to help and moved us to the correct room the next morning. Thank you! "

"Ashburn Hotel is in a super accessible location in a clean, safe and elegant area of London. It's close to the tube and train stations and I had an easy time getting in to the hotel and traveling around. The breakfast was just darling with tea and coffee, cheeses, meats, fruit, pastries and juices. The staff was incredible and so helpful and I truly appreciate all they did to help me make my stay in Lodon memorable.
I absolutely recommend staying here and would do so again. "

"Hospitality was very good but we were disappointed to find that a service charge was added to all purchases at the bar that we were not told about. We only realised this when reviewing the receipt.
Service charges should be at the customers discretion.
There was also a £50 deposit that was asked for on arrival but not clearly explained!! This was taken on my bank card (which worried me for the duration of my stay, as I had paid up front and never use room service or charge to my room) and...
