"The hotel is really nice and in a very nice area. There is a mall across the street and the aquarium is very close. You can walk to several nice restaurants. Honestly, everything is within walking distance. Everything was clean, and the staff was very accommodating and kind! Check out is also free until 2 PM which was a nice bonus. I would definitely return and recommend."

"The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. "Really great hotel and location if you’re visiting Lisbon. The hotel is central to all the main attractions with only a 15 minute drive to everything. There is a self serve laundromat close by as well as a supermarket should you need anything."

"I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."

"Amazing pool but did get a little crowded, it’s quite small. Beautiful views from the rooftop and amazing food and beverage service- a great spot to work until your room is ready or before you leave as well. Rooms are spacious - no tv (tvs can be important for local news etc) or mini fridge tho which was hard cus we had medication with us- they offered the front desk fridge but we just kept getting ice.
