I’m on vacations, not to do business. And…all our reservations for parks and restaurants were not granted bc we didn’t have a reservation #… even though we had the emails showing our conversations. If they don’t give you one, how are supposed to know ? "

"Our stay was amazing. The staff is so kind and attentive. They accommodated our group of 13 at dinner and breakfast regularly. They were very strict with who was allowed on property. We always felt safe. It was also a great location and easy to walk to 5th Ave shopping. "

"Overall it’s a great experience in this hotel, other than they refused to upgrade my room for free, which my reservation included free upgrade upon availability. The food qualify is excellent, many options for dining, we loved the steak and lobster buffet. Kids club staffs are friendly, and if kids club would take 3 years old diaper trained then would be even better. Multiple pools and bars options, we loved all the drinks from the bar. I would definitely come back again. "

"This place is perfect and pristine and the food is incredible! Our experience was made even more wonderful due to the amazing friendliness and kindness of the staff. They all truly seem happy to work there! It’s only about 35-40mins from the airport so finding cheap transportation is easy! There’s always something to do and we loved that it is 24/7 food and drinks. This place truly was perfect. And I’ve stayed at multiple all-inclusives. This was my fave. No complaints. I also loved the layout of the resort. Perfect for a relaxing and FUN combo."
