"The property is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere. Ice machine is not functioning. Carpet in room was filthy. Rooms smell of mold. TV remote was sticky. Refrigerator didn't chill. Finally, be advised...they have a 48 hour check out rule if you are leaving the room early. Must notify them 2 days in advance of checking out if you want to cancel. Otherwise they keep your money. No exceptions. Won't go back."
