"An average hotel in every way. First impressions were poor with staff drinks all around the reception desk. Quality of food from room service was average at best. Rooms were badly sound-proofed and could heard the tv from next door all night. Won’t be rushing back when there is so much choice around. "

"Staff really friendly, welcoming and attentive, breakfast was lovely - fab location; pool and spa a nice touch; we did have an AC issue and the room we were in was really noisy, but staff were fantastic and they upgraded us for our 2nd night. "Hotel is in a perfect location , close to Liver building and waterfront. Staff were very friendly, room was large with modern decor and excellent facilities. Enjoyed having the complimentary drinks from fridge! The restaurant was equally as good. Food was good quality. I would stay here again as it was also good value for money."

"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "
