"There was a bed bug in the room. Had to go to front desk in the middle of the night. After talking to the person on the computer terminal, got another room but night was ruined. We have stayed here before and it has been ok. Now we are skeptical about going back."

I cannot believe I paid the amount I did, to stay in a room that was advertising a King size bed, just to walk in and see a Tempura-Pedic mattress, that looked and felt, as if it had come out of someone’s bedroom and shoved in this room. "Very poorly maintained motel. More things weren't working than were at Sands Inn and Suites, including the washing machine, dryer, treadmill in the fitness room, pancake and waffle maker (these haven't been working for several months, per prior reviews), and fan in the bathroom. Lobby hours are supposedly from 7 am to 11 pm, but the water in the hot water dispenser was cold at 7 pm and they hadn't replenished any of the supplies in the lobby."

"The room was pretty basic, but clean, the water pressure was great- the counter area by the air conditioner needs a light- seemed overpriced for what you got"

"The outside of the hotel seemed a bit outdated and I was a bit nervous as to what the rom would be like, but was pleasantly surprised with how clean and nice the inside was. The shower has good water pressure, tv worked well, bed and pillows were super comfy! Definitely would stay here again."
