"I am writing to express my disappointment with our stay at Danes Court. The property was not as described and had numerous maintenance and safety issues. Ensuite: The main shower didn’t work, lighting had no IP rating, the extractor fan was black, and the bath plug chain was broken. Main bathroom: The blind and shower head holder were broken, the window wouldn’t open, and there was nowhere to place toiletries in the shower. Downstairs toilet: The macerator caused foul smells through the sink...

"From the first welcome to the final farewell, it was a joy to stay there. Substantive breakfasts, pet friendly, old manor house setting with great views. "Coffee and Stay is an excellent place to stay in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and communication was excellent. Made the stay very easy and hassle free. The room was lovely. Nicely decorated and very comfortable with everything you would need. The breakfast was also really good. I’d highly recommend and I’d definitely go back and stay. "
