Are all the updates done perfectly….no….but the property IS updated very nicely, especially given the price you pay for a room. Staff at the front desk were wonderful at both check in and check out. Staff kept the breakfast area stocked for the whole time. Again, not a huge variety, like at some of the big places, but definitely outdid themselves with the price you pay for a room. "Liked having a hot tub. Would have loved an adult only hour from 10-11pm…Pool area was nice for the dehumidifiers, but could use some updated decor. Sad to see balcony overlook being used as storage area. Elevator felt like it would break at any given moment 😳 Breakfast was fine for being included. "We’ve stayed here many times, on both the Avid side and Holiday Inn. Typically we have had good experiences, but this time was not good. At all. We arrived to a lobby full of people waiting to check in. We were advised that their system was down and so they just needed us to “wait.” After an hour, we were offered waters. We were allowed to check in after that - 3 hours into our scheduled reservation time. When we arrived to our room, we discovered hairs in the bathroom, damaged walls, peeling...

"Hotel itself was nice, updated and clean. Fourth floor had a smoking odor as exiting the elevator and staff was less than pleasant. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at other Hilton hotels. Overall pleasant experience, just not what I would expect of a Hilton brand."

"Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located right off I-40, easy to access and plenty of parking and located around several restaurants (including a new In N' Out!). The hotel is brand new- great rooms, clean and refreshing interiors, great hotel gym and equipment, bright, inviting lobby and staff is wonderful."
