"Really nice greeting when we arrived, communication was great, as we were arriving later on in the evening. Room was clean and very quiet, so got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was continental and covered all the bases."

"Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed."

"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "It was mouldy all around the windows and in the shower room and the bed sheets were dirty they're covered with dirty all the quilt covers were dirty the mattress was all dirty yellow when they should have been white mattresses the cupboard door was hanging off and there was a hole in this ceiling "

"This was our first trip to the UK and first Premier Inn experience. The room was perfectly fine and the free parking and location was perfect to visit Ormskirk and Southport. The free internet was adequate for using maps and googling information for the trip. Did not have to pay for an Internet upgrade "
