"Great little room with a really cold fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, comfy bed, shower and fan - last 2 were important as stayed there in the heatwave. Windows open properly which was a help but was very hot - would imagine every hotel room/apartment without air con was the same though. Cheery bright decor. Only 10 in walk from Surrey Quays station on the Windrush Line and number 1 bus stop right outside takes you over the Thames in 25 mins. Walked back from the station at gone 11pm...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Clean rooms and close to a tube station. Not really in a walk around and see the sights area though. Looks a lot closer to the main sights than it really is if you’re just walking. They don’t replenish your towels or clean your room daily but that may be standard for the country. If we had it to do over again, we would had found a place in Coventry Gardens, SoHo or Mayfair for convenience"

It is surrounded by shops and restaurants and very close to Gloucester Rd. underground station, with a direct connection to Heathrow. "Lovely setting looking over the Canary wharf water.. Lovely amenities in the suite very professional and nice workers. Well self-contained if you want to do laundry or have some snacks or cook some things..
