"Do the nature tour and ride the bikes all around the property."

"The terrace was closed, and it was 7:00 pm. Room was clean, bed was confortable. Great restaurant excellent drinks. Only problem 3:00 am people slamming doors woke me up! Didnt try the breakfast my flight was leaving at 7:00am."

"Extremely limited dining options. Lunch options were two Bars. breakfast was one option. I was told breakfast was included but it was not. did not find that out until I was checking out. Prices were remarkable for being very high. example breakfast for one adult and one chile was 55$ for the breakfast buffett."

"The beach is beautiful but it’s nice to have a pool to cool off in as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating."

"The only thing I have nice to say is, the staff was amazing. when I saw bedbugs on the bed and crawling on the walls, the staff moved me to a private room however, that room also had bedbugs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and thankfully I was only there for a night. Would not recommend."

"The beach was wonderful and the food was good. My favorite was the café colado. I absolutely loved the coffee. I believe areas to improve would be housekeeping. Our room got cleaned only once. We ran out of soap and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk."

"Great location. Everything is good except for poor customer service. Hotel phone could be reached to the front desk and even before we came to the hotel, our phone numerous calls to reach to this hotel got nowhere. Not impressive by the cold front desk people. In this regard, I would give the hotel a rate from 1-3 max. It really doesn’t represent Marriott well!"

"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."

"I got a room without windows not even a small one. The place is ok for a night in between flights. But a room without windows it should be ilegal."

"Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"
