Staff were phenomenal despite having issues with a faulty bed, moved us rooms with an upgrade and bought me flowers and a gift to apologise. After our wedding they left a special dessert in the room and on leaving personally addressed us. As well as this they allowed me to park my car on the forecourt. ...

The Z Hotel at Gloucester Place
Very nice, well situated hotel. It’s being extended so it has been renovated throughout. The dining area is on trend, but has maintained a friendly cosy atmosphere. Staff are brilliant. They can’t do enough for you I’ll be happy to stay there again
