Mattress protector fitted upside down on the bed, no shower gel in shower and hose for shower broken and spraying water in all directions....saying that the staff were very nice especially at breakfast

Strand Palace Hotel
Room was in good condition but very small and badly designed and appointed. Ambiance in breakfast is pretty awful but full marks to the staff for processing so many people so efficiently and to the kitchen staff for keeping the food supplies topped up.
