"The staff was so kind and helpful. For example, I’m American, so I didn’t understand why the switches weren’t working, so they explained the little card slot to me. They were also super kind and made me a pizza even though the kitchen was closed for dinner, since I got lost trying getting back in time. The breakfast was pretty good (i miss my pancakes lol), the room was clean, and it was very close by to a couple bus stations so not too far a walk. With the grocery store right behind it was easy...

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"The hotel is located literally on Chelsea Football Club property so security is excellent regardless if you are returning late in the evening. "We did end up in a chamber room. I felt being the in the basement I should informed when you book room. It was cozy and clean however it was so small no where to put your luggage. The bathroom room shower was a decent size. Because you are in the basement a night light seems appropriate for the bathroom for middle of night use time. "We liked the location especially for the price.
Raised a concern about the fan in the room but they sent a person to look at it and he said he’d get it the next day. That day came and went and the fan still didn’t work. We stayed at this location for 5 nights and the fan was more to protect their property.
Everything else was fine.
We did not use the paid breakfast as we went out each day."

"Perfectly located to everything we needed on our trip. The on-site restaurant was great. Right around the corner are restaurants, convenience & grocery stores, a French cafe with delicious pastries and coffee, an information desk etc. The Tube station is within 1-2min of walking and taxis can pick you up right outside of the hotel. A block or two away there are amazing free museums and shopping. The staff were friendly. I’d definitely stay here again."
