Dirty and Dangerous with Bed Bugs!!

This is the most disgusting and dangerous hotel I have EVER stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was cheap for outskirts of London but for the state of the hotel I would expect to get paid for putting up with the place! The carpark is tiny and gross full of rubbish and just smelt! The room looked like it had literally never been cleaned!! Dirt around th taps and around the shower! You could tell the carpet was disgusting also! Bed sheet looked clean but I still don't trust that it was actually ever cleaned or changed and did not fit the bed! Bed was unstable and uncomfy! Plug sockets were loose and coming out the wall and one didn't even work it was that loose. The window had a big gap underneath it and you coukd not lock the door from the inside which I find very dangerous especially since the hotel was so obviously dodgy!! Maybe the worst thing about it is that we found a bed bug and 2 days later me and my friend are still itching from the disgusting, infested, dangerous hotel room! I hope other people read the reviews first and anyone saying they had a nice stay clearly "work" for the hotel or in the hotel if you know what I mean! This place should be condemned and shut down! It would never pass a health and safety inspection!

Le personnel accueillant est compétent et disponible. Le service du déjeuner est fort appréciable. Cependant, de nombreux points noirs sont à signaler. Le système de chauffage ne fonctionne pas correctement. Il faisait excessivement froid dans la chambre. Le chauffage est coupe par intermittence. L'eau chaude du lavabo est disponible une fois sur deux.. l'état général de propreté de la chambre est fort contestable. En effet les revêtements de sol (tapis et lino) ont subit une dégradation très poussée.

La struttura non aveva nulla di positivo.ribadisco questa bella faccina rossa che ho premuto numerose volte nella recensione:TERRIBILE Stanza che non rispecchiava quella vista in foto,sporco assurdo a partire dalla biancheria a finire dalla doccia,per non menzionare lo strano "appiccicume" presente sotto le tazze del thè. Macchie gialle presenti sulle coperte,federe dei cuscini e coprimaterasso,sulla moquette e sulle pareti. Data la vicinanza alle cronache di Jack lo squartatore pensavamo fosse stato il set delle scene dei film. E non sto facendo ironia. Abbiamo evitato largamente la colazione presente nella sala al pian terreno. Termosifoni accesi perennemente con l 'impossibilità di poterli abbassare oppure spegnere,abbiamo dovuto tenere aperta la finestra. L'unica nota positiva e ripeto UNICA è stata la vicinanza alla metro che ha reso le giornate fuori dall hotel stupende! Oserei dire da rimborso! Non capisco come sia legale consegnare una stanza in quelle condizioni.

Pessimo

Pessimo, finestra rotta, tenda rotta, camera non sistemata per 2 notti su 4, 1 solo asciugamo a testa per tutto, neanche 1 sedia per appoggiare la valigia né un semplice attaccapanni per il cappotto, 1 comodino e il muro dall'altra parte, camere distaccate dalla reception ( per modo di dire), a circa 200 Mt e nessun modo di comunicare per qualsiasi emergenza. Sconsigliato vivamente, essendo un 2 stelle non mi aspettavo il Ritz, ma almeno un minimo di decente accoglienza, ultima cosa abbiamo dovuto versare anche una cauzione all'arrivo!!!

Filthy from head to bottom DO NOT STAY HERE!

In some cases when you book cheap accommodation you can expect to get what you paid for, but on this occasion, I found myself in a very dated hotel. The room smelled cigarettes, the basin smelled urine, the carpets were utterly disgusting, uncomfortable bed and to top it up, the bedsheet was dirty and I found bed bugs as well. The whole experience just makes me wonder how can this hotel gets a license to operate in such precarious conditions?! I stayed for 2 nights only and both nights I was not able to sleep. Very disrespectful guests coming and going throughout the night slamming doors and having loud conversations. The shared bathroom was so dirty and smelly that I decided not to shower or use the bathroom until arriving to the airport. Customer service is pathetic. So, no... I paid too much for what I actually got. Not a healthy place to stay.

各部屋でWiFiが使えることを確認して予約を入れましたが、与えられた部屋はWiFiが繋がりませんでした。WiFiが繋がる部屋に変更してくれるよう掛け合いましたが、どの部屋もWiFiは繋がらず、WiFiが繋がるのは、ロビーと食堂だけだと言われました。結局、4泊の予定を2泊で切り上げ、他のホテルに移りました。チェックアウトの時、レセプションのスタッフは別の人間で、WiFiの繋がる部屋に変更できると言われましたが、既に別のホテルに予約を入れたので、断りました。

Das Zimmer, besonders das Bad war nicht sauber. Das Bad roch stark nach Schimmel. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regeln. Ein Frühstück bestand aus Toastbrot und Butter, weil der Lieferant angeblich nicht rechtzeitig geliefert hatte

Hotellet var av enkel standard, men stemte overens med bildene vi hadde sett på forhånd. Veldig bra service fra resepsjonisten, som hver gang vi møttes etterspurte om det var noe vi trengte og om alt var bra.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. I was in London for 9 days so really had to compromise . I saved a lot of money but... Pros for lack of a better term *a 2 min walk to tube station *small store right outside for snacks & small restaurants in the area *Room with twin beds is a lot bigger than other budget hotels Cons *Mold in bathrooms ceiling and bathtub (asked if they could clean explained it was in the caulking so cant come out) *cobwebs in room *old dusty sheets to match cobwebs *horrible smell in the hallways *room service don't knock just bust open the door (happened 4 out of 9 days until I told them to stop) *even though tube was close ,destinations were not *dark alley to walk through to get to rooms at nighttime All they have to do is give the place more TLC and it wouldn't be so horrible. Being transparent so it can help your decision...i saved a lot of money though 😑

Sijainti on loistava, aivan metron vieressä. Aamiainen oli järkyttävä, käytännössä pikakahvia ja pelkkää paahtoleipää. Samoin hotellin äänieristys on huono, käytävästä kuuluu kaikki läpi.

très bien situé mais dans un état catastrophique

hotel dans un état calamiteux pas d'eau chaude dans une des 2 chambres salles de bains avec moisissures et fuites beaucoup de bruit pas de petit déjeuner avant 8h et au moment de partir le réceptionniste nous demande 10 £ de supplément par clé !

La stanza non era pulita ed era umida, i mobili cadevano a pezzi, le maniglie delle porte di stanza e bagno erano rotte il telecomando della tv aveva le pile scariche e dopo aver chiesto la sostituzione abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci andando ad acquistarle, abbiamo dovuto prendere la carta igienica dal bagni comune accanto perché non c'era un rotolo di scorta in stanza, dormire è stata un'impresa a causa delle pareti sottili e del via vai e rumori vari fino a tarda notte. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima a due passi dalla metro.

Wouldn't recommend!

Cleanlines - When we arrived we were told that our rooms might be ready but the receptionist was unsure. She took us to our room and said, "it looks like its been cleaned so you should be ok but i can change the sheets if you want." The room we were given had an awful smell so we were shown another room which didn't have a handle on the inside of the door! Finally, they gave us a better smelling room with door handles on both sides. I still wouldn't say it was clean as the next morning i had bed bug bites all over me!

N absolute disgraceA

Having booked at this hotel last minute for my wife. Upon recieving confirmation of the booking she took a taxi to the hotel, during my journey around 18.45 she received a telephone call from the hotel informing her that due to a booking error her room was no longer available. No further assistance was provided by the hotel other than perhaps talk to customer services. After numerous calls and many hours of telephone conversations. I'm informed by customer services for hotels.com the following day that the hotel had claimed they didn't receive the booking almost until 21.20 over 2 hours after they had informed my wife via telephone that an error had occurred and long after I had started trying to rectify matters with CS at hotels.com. The hotel lied to my wife, they lied to me. And they have lied to their booking agents and as a result my wife was extremely stressed as she was still trying to find suitable accommodation in London @22.00 that evening and the matter was still unresolved 16hours later with repeated lies from the hotel. An absolute disgrace.

Worst stay ever !!!

This was the worst stay ever. Rooms were in bad condition, the bed was falling apart and the stay of the bathroom is hard to describe. Additionally, I was bitten by bed bugs. When I showed the photo of one to the owner, she not only was not surprised but also did not recognize the problem. I not only do not recommend, I worn you to stay away from this place.
