The room was very clean and quiet considering that it was almost full. Breakfast is a little busy, but they let you know when the best time to go down is. The staff are all very helpful and the food is lovely. I'd definately stay there again.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 older children age 14 and 12 and couldnt fault the cleanliness and room quality for a 2 night stay. Plenty of breakfast choice, central location , good pub opposite. so much choice when looking - 10 min walk to russell square station so would highly recommend for the very reasonable price !!

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross station. It has a beautiful lobby, lounge and restaurant. It is in a safe area and is nice and quiet. The staff are very professional and helpful. Our family room was snug and there wasn’t any controllable a/c, but otherwise, no complaints.

We stayed here with our two girls for a night to see wicked Arrived and the room was ready which was lovely staff friendly Great room shower was exceptional Bath mat was dirty but easy to miss when they’re all folded up and being put in bathrooms Friendly when leaving too allowed us to leave our luggage for the day too Would definitely recommend and will stay there again

Friendly staff at check-in. The room was ready before 3 pm, which we appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok, but the scarmbled egg was cold. Good variety of food and fruit juice was nice. Seated quickly despite it being peak time for breakfast. Further than I thought to Kings Cross tube, a good 15/ 20 minute walk. Would probably stay there again though.
