A., the receptionist, provided me with the protection of his gaze while I reached safety at Kings Cross. The place is what you get under a certain amount. Both receptionists were lovely. Would book again.

Had to stop in London for a train strike. Basic hotel but clean and comfortable
Excellent location about a block from King's Cross/St. Pancras stations. It was perfect for the nights before and after early/late trains. Very small rooms, but have everything you need, and very clean.
The internet doesn't work, especially if your room is far from the lobby or at the end of the corridor. Their solution is telling me to use the internet at the hotel nearby. I don't mind if the room is small or does not have all the amenities in the room (shampoo, etc), but you live in 2023, you really need the internet.
This hotel reminds of the older *pension* style places in Eastern European and Scandinavian countries. This is a positive thing for me; no, they are not big rooms. But all the comforts are there. My room was small but the bed was really comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Wifi was a 9 out of 10, but that is higher than other places I have stayed; there wasn't really a time I couldn't get online and find info I needed.
I would definitely recommend the place and happy to have found it.
everything was great except. we had a two twin bedroom and there was only space for one luggage. thats my only complaint as i had no where to sit it except for the bed.great location. super clean. the receptionist were so nice and welcoming, they stuck out to me on their friendliness.
It was extremely difficult to get to our room. Steep stairs to carry our heavy suitcases down, maize like hallways. We would never have made our way out in a fire. T.v. didn't work.
This was really disappointing. The hotel didn't provide clean towels every day, they locked us outside the hotel around 9 pm for half an hour because the staff were on a 5 min break - I called in and they hang up on me. Worse of all, they went through my suitcase and stole a brand new Dolce & Gabbana perfume flask.

Great location & basic but passable quality rooms.
Excellent location to St Pancras station. If you’re looking for a hotel for 1 night at a reduced cost this is for you. Its passable in terms of rooms and the room I had was quiet away from road.
For the price it’s what I was expecting. The worst was being on the last floor with no lift and I had lots of luggage. Mattress is uncomfortable and the cleanliness is not the best for sure but it’s ok for the price.

Honnêtement a fuir !!!
