"We had a room, 1329, with a view of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye! Located immediately across Westminster Bridge in the south bank of the Thames, convenient to the Waterloo or Westminster Tube Stations, anywhere you wanted to go was minutes away! Room service 24/7 was wonderful and the menu had many choices. But we hit 4 different Pubs,a MUST, when we were there for the week! The staff was so helpful and polite. "The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although very small. The food, unfortunately, is very mediocre although priced as if it was excellent. The continental breakfast buffet is the worst I've seen in a hotel of this category. The croissants were fresh and good but there were hardly any choices and...
