"We just stayed at the Moxy Piccadilly Circus Hotel from June 24, 2026 to June 29, 2026. We were totally unsatisfied with the level of services provided - starting with checking in on June 24, 2026 when systems were down and we had to wait for several hours for checking in after getting off a long haul flight.
The following is a list of other issues we encountered during our stay -
* Water temperature, pressure and volume throughout the stay was sub par at best - with water pressure dwindling...

"Great location which absolutely suited our needs for 3 nights in the local area.
Rooms were small & lacked storage but the bed was very comfy, the air con was lovely and cool, and there was no noise.
Staff were welcoming & acommodating regarding an early check in (no charge)."
