Front desk very helpful, especially Preety, she was friendly, and attentive. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The hotel is steps away from Public transportation, restaurants and stores.

The room and the shower was very good - especially the shower was spotless. Although, when I asked about couple of simple amenities like slippers, I was told "We don't have anything." That threw me off.. Also, in the descriptions it says there's complementary breakfast and in fact there isn't - that should be corrected. It was overall a good stay.

Customer Service was excellent because it makes a difference in your stay at a hotel and the country. We felt welcomed. the room was nice and comfy beds. No complaints except for no elevator but it's a great workout - lol.

We arrived to a hotel in the dark, but luckily it was only the reception/ground floor that had no power, our floor was fine. The staff were friendly enough but not overly enthusiastic. The room was basic and one of the windows didn’t close properly, but it was clean, well presented and surprisingly quiet considering how close to the main road it is. There was no breakfast offered but you are a minute from the main road with multiple restaurants/pubs/shops so it’s easy to sort yourself out meals. Ideal location to explore the London area as there’s a tube station on the main road. It’s a fairly lively area and we felt reasonably safe walking around in the evening.

When I got there the place was dark becuase they had no power apparently on some of the floors. Room was't ready even though it was after check in time. Waited in the dark in Reception for 20 minutes as the maintenance man was doing some DIY in the room I was to have apparently. Asked if there was another room I could have, they said they were fully booked and my room was recently renovated (as in still being?). Room was ok when I finally got in; clean and smelled like fresh paint but there was no where to hang clothes. Also very noisy and was woken up nearly every hour from 4am onwards with doors, creaky floorboards and talking. Don't know if it was staff or other guests but very poor sound insulation of room. Not a good nights sleep! Wouldn't stay again!

The hotel is very quaint - great location and fantastic customer service. No elevator though!!!! We stayed in the 4th floor so keep that in mind but the room was huge with a BIG bathtub - you feel inside a Harry Potter book in that room! we all had a great time -

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, très propre et la chambre était toute rénovée (salle de bain neuve, literie confortable, Netflix à disposition) avec le métro à 2min à pied. Le seul point négatif est l’insonorité mais cela nous a pas poser de problème car pas de bruits la nuit.

The room and bathroom were renovated. Genetically cozy and clean. Large bathroom, but without a bath only a shower cabin. The shower is hot and has a good flow. The biggest minus is that there is a lot of noise, namely from ten o'clock in the evening throughout the night and until the morning. There are no carpets in the rooms, so the knocking of heels, loud talking, coughing, blowing your nose, pushing and pulling of something did not allow you to fall asleep and rest until the morning. And in the morning the same thing started again at the same time. There is no noise from the street, only from the neighboring and upper rooms. I was sleepless for two nights. The hotel does not have an elevator and it was really difficult to climb to the third floor in wet clothes. We felt unsafe going down because the stairs were very steep and creaky. We are really disappointed
