"Great location with parking for Beckenham town centre a short walk , hotel is a bit tatty around the edges and could do with a refresh, we had a leak from a room above due to shower tray not draining properly and them leaving the shower door open, staff attending quickly but not much they could do with the drip drip drip."

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."

"Room was spacious and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower in the room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had good facilities including a gym and a restaurant/ bar. Very good location, only a few minutes from the tube and very near Tower Bridge, however was not too loud or busy. Very clean and comfortable
I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work.
The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed.
The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them.
I almost slipped out...

"If you need a good location and that's the main thing for you, then Millennium is the place for you.
The rooms are outdated and far from what you'll get in a fairly modern hotel. Fixtures are outdated as well. The TV looked farely of modern era but the remote wasnt working (remote was at least 7-10yrs old). No in-room info about standard hotel schedule -checkout, breakfast etc, and the phone wasn't working in my room (worked in my friends room).
