Loved the location, the room was spacious and modern but very cosy. Noise was relatively loud in the early evening but was quieter when I wanted to sleep (good windows). Has AC. Really lovely hotel, very nice and helpful staff.

Stayed here for 3 nights while in London this month. Pros: clean, offers small breakfast, great vibe, friendly staff, nice decor, close to transit. Cons: no elevator, large construction site next door at the moment (couldn’t keep our windows open as workers would see right into our bathroom/bedroom, wifi didn’t really work in our room except in one spot by our door.

Great location/Terrible mattress

Great location! We stayed on the 1st floor and it was obvious that the tube was right below us as we could hear/feel it but it wasn't too bad. The mattress however was terrible. Otherwise it was a nice enough hotel with a cute patio area.

It was awesome onec we got moved to a room above ground and with AC. The bottom floor room was smaller, with no AC but was still nice. It was hard in the heat. The hotel accommodated us nicely. Highlight was the breakfast!

Very small and spartan room but super convenient to St. Pancras/Kings Cross stations. Staff was very friendly. Stairs were a bit awkward with heavy bags so I wouldn't recommend for anyone who would find that a challenge. Value for price so no complaints.

Perfect for Kings X

nicely laid out reception. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent location for Kings X access. Would use again without hesitation.Stayed at several Kings X area hotels and this is one of the better ones.

Check-in was from 3 pm, but we had to wait about 15 minutes. The room was different from what we saw in the photos. (In the photos, there were three single beds, but in reality, it was a double bed and a bunk bed.) The fan seemed to be broken, as the oscillating function didn’t work. These points were disappointing, but otherwise we were satisfied. The location was very convenient, being close to the station. The staff were also kind and helpful.

Great hotel, clean, spacious rooms, close to many things in Rotterdam. The neighborhood is tricky though with drug addicts standing close to the front door both in the afternoon and in early night. We did not feel unsafe, but uncomfortable, yes Knowing this I would not stay here on my own. I know the hotel can not help this bit it is factor to consider.
