Spacious and location was great. But overall comfort and overall feel was an empty cold warehouse. I recommend you to find a great interior designer/decorator to help make the rooms feel something besides having a few random pieces of furniture in corners

The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and the check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the setup was perfect for families. One area for improvement would be housekeeping—if daily cleaning isn’t provided, it would be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies available in the apartment. Additionally, response times slowed down closer to the weekend, which I assume was due to higher demand, but it’s something to be aware of.

Hotel was great. Fantastic location as it’s a short walk to many underground stations. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the hotel parking I think. We only needed it for one night thankfully as it’s very awkward and small spaces. It’s run by another company which complicated paying for the spot. But otherwise the hotel is great.
