This was a perfect choice for our stay - all of the staff were welcoming and friendly, it's a great location and our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved it.

Very nice hotel.. centrally located on Leicester Square, the equivalent of Times Square in NYC. Comfortable room. Very generous breakfast.

The only thing good about this was the location and the friendly front desk staff. The room didn’t feel clean. The towels were gross. The sink didn’t drain. And we didn’t sleep for three nights because there was so much noise from the air-conditioning unit. I don’t recommend staying here. There’s so many other better places you can book.

Great location and space. We opted for the suite which gave us plenty of needed room especially for the location. It’s an older building and there were some areas where there are needed fixes especially in the bathroom and elevator.

The hotel and staff are great, it was a convenient location. That said it's like Times Square and all that brings..but surprisingly the windows are excellent and you don't hear a thing. We were on the 2nd floor and slept well in the comfy bed. Rooms are small but we weren't there to lounge in a room but to see the town so it suited our needs. We didn't partake in the breakfast but it looked good. Staff was friendly and helpful. In the heart of Chinatown and the theater area it's a good, fairly priced option.

Room was nice but was not the same room as shown in the photos for booking. Mattress was horrible and very uncomfortable. Only one of the elevators was working during our stay which was not ideal since guests and housekeeping staff were using the only elevator. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Superb Hotel In The Centre Of London

In my opinion this is the best place to stay in central London - yes I admit that it's not cheap but for me it's very convenient when attending the horror film festival Fright Fest. Aside from that when I get back from one of my outings on the edge of the world it's a refreshing taste of normality before I get home.

Can’t beat the location. Room, staff and breakfast were very good. I’d stay here again if we come back to London. We had easy walk to the Moulin Rouge musical. Walking to Chinatown, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square were all easy breezy!

Great stay

Great experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we were celebrating an Anniversary and were given free upgrade. Room was large and very comfirtable. Was a bit noisy but we were on Leicester Square so was to be expected. However, fantastically central to so many of London's sites and attractions.

Easy check in and excellent location. The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Not noisy during the night, considering the hotel is located on Leicester Sq, but we did stay mid-week, so this may differ at a weekend. Would definitely stay again.
