"It was my first time staying in a hostel hotel pod and it was fabulous. I stayed for 5 nights in a large room and I had plenty of space. Noise levels were manageable. Staff were constantly cleaning throughout the day. I’d definitely stay here again. Great location too!"

"Lovely bedroom which was larger than anticipated in central London. Separate shower as well as a bath was great. Room was very well maintained and spotless. Had a good afternoon tea in The Palm Court. All staff were approachable and helpful. Only slight drawback for us was a lack of a central place ..."
