"Enjoyable"

"All was good, love being on the marina."

"I like to stay there. It’s very nice. The property is kept up very clean. Maybe get a little bit bigger trash cans for us"

"The restaurant is currently closed."

"Very nice resort. Pool was great. Food was great as well. Bed was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shuttle made it excellent for getting to Old Town. The whole stay was the best…and we have traveled to all 50 states and 28 countries. Thank you!!"

"Staff was excellent"

"Great place to stay!"

"The property closed for renovations and moved us to another hotel."

"Clean room"

"Parking is not included in the price and is $40/night and must be done through an App where there is an additional service fee - with tax it was $44.87 for the night. Along with the $69.75 resort fee (which is listed on the receipt as due at the property), the overall rate for the room was not as reasonable as initially thought when booked. The staff was friendly although they never mentioned the parking fee, I had to inquire to ensure it was for paying guests. The room was clean, spacious...

"First off do not go through Expedia; the hotel supposedly could not tell me how much the nightly rate was when I called because it was booked through a “third party” and then the hotel charged me an additional 500$ (nightly Resort Charge + tax) when we checked out after I paid for the resort and plane tickets in full before we left. Parking was horrendous and crazy expensive. Key West is not all it’s advertised to be."
