"We booked a 2bdrm suite for 3 adults. It was everything we expected and less. We felt like we were in a dorm room, with over-used furniture, banged up walls and lumpy pillows. One bedroom has a queen bed and a large TV with a dresser and side table. The 2nd bdrm had 2 twin beds. That's it. No side tables to hold a glass of water or a lamp to read your book to at night. "I can’t rate this hotel/apartment highly enough. I actually want to give it 1 star so that no one else stays here and it keeps its prices reasonable. This was my 5th time in New York and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment and it had everything we needed. The bathroom had everything we needed including soaps and a hair dryer. The kitchen had an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and hob and lots of utensils. It even had a kettle so my mum could do her hot water...

"The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The space was a bit smaller than we thought, but we just basically slept and showered there only and spent most of the day out. It served the purpose of our trip."
