"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"
