"Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise für zwei Tage eine Junior Suite bezogen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, zudem absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, allerdings haben wir den Kaffeeautomat während des Mahl- sowie Brühhvorgangs als wirklich sehr störend empfunden. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eine Parkgarage gegen Gebühr. Einige Meter weiter gibt es ein Freibad, dieses haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Gute Restaurants sind...

"Solid 5/5 experience. We arrived by a car and were greeted with a genuine warm welcome by the staff. The infinity pool, outdoor dining, room service, near by hiking trails, comfy bed, waking up to bird singing and cows walking bells, and delicious breakfast! "Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"

"The property is situated about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Luzern . The view is beautiful. Our room was.small but very cozy. The restaurant next door is very good. Breakfast was included, so that's a plus. It has a very relax atmosphere. We enjoyed the place. Will definitely come back to stay here again. I find though Switzerland is a very expensive place to visit."

"Charming small hotel just 20-25 minutes by bus 21 from Lucerne station and city centre. Comfortable quiet room with good air-con. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of fresh breads, fruits, hot and cold dishes etc."

Cons: every morning for breakfast the staff is different and causes stress on where it is okay to sit. One actually made a scene and embarrassed us. "The bus stop and train station are each only steps from the hotel and you can get to Mt. Pilatus or Lucerne within minutes. The property was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent."

"Location is good. Town is beautiful however the hotel does not deserve to be ranked as a 4 star hotel due to how dirty rooms were. We had three rooms. 2 rooms had spider webs and other insects . One room smelled like a rotten cheese that the staff was aware of and changed to another room. I cannot believe that the regional health department allows this hotel to operate this way !"
