The hotel offers airport transfers otherwise we’d booked a different hotel. The staff were excellent, efficient and welcoming. The hotel needs a massive overhaul. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the snoring from the next room ALONG with smoking all night in a non smoking hotel. Yes they were smoking past 2am!!! This was a little further out of the city than I had thought, and not the easiest of things to find.
On a main road between a row of shops and apartments there is a security gate through that and down an ally you find this hotel, very trendy, warm and welcoming.
Staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was between 7-10 each day i never used this as i was out early.

"The hotel is very clean and fairly affordable. The service from the staff is very hit and miss. The service at the Elio restaurant is either great or very bad. The staff at Cugino, well, I don’t even think they know they’re at work. Personally it also bothered me that the hotel almost goes out of its way to make you forget you’re in Rome (or Italy). Everything is in English and with English customs, and it kind of takes away from the whole feeling of travel."
