"Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. "

She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. "The sewer backed up in our room and I had to ask for our room to be changed. That should have been an automatic. The bathroom floor was flooded, poop in the shower. "

"The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. "

Als je plaatst nam in de loop van de dag kwam er niemand bij je om te vragen of je iets wil drinken of eten. tijdens het ontbijt was dit daar in tegen prima. dan kwamen ze meteen bij je. Verder was het personeel correct en het eten was prima. kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima, de airconditioning was ook prima."
