"The check-in was backed up and took almost an hour waiting. Then when we headed to our room on the 4th floor we rode the elevator only to get off it and have to walk down the narrowest steepest steps to get to our room. In the room many objects looked dirty with dust steaks. The refrigerator was not working and a huge puddle of water in the kitchen area. The tv would not work either. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was tolerable but disappointed compared to listing."
