"York , Maine is lovely. Our room at he STAGE NECK INN did not have hot water in our shower and there was nothing bathtub as pictured.When we told the front desk we were told they were aware and there was nothing they could do until after our stay was over. They said they could not upgrade our room because we booked through Expedia. The view of York Beach was lovely from our Balcony. The Spa is closed on Monday and Tuesday, our stay was Sunday- Tuesday. I am very disappointed with the management...

"Anne’s White Columns Inn is a beautiful property to stay at while visiting Bar Harbor. The inn is very quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and shops and just a brief drive from Acadia. Very nice people, yummy breakfast, and some snacking opportunities throughout the day! Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"Beautiful place to stay in the middle of a quiet street and walking distance to many spots. The rooms and common areas were clean and beautifully maintained. Staff was ready to answer any questions you had via phone or text. I loved this inn and would choose it again. Definitely recommend it !"
