"My experience at this resort was not terrible, but it was not good enough for me to recommend it or consider returning. The biggest disappointment was the staff, who were often unhelpful and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome.
Restaurant reservations were extremely frustrating. During the first four days, there was always a different excuse for why we couldn't book the restaurants we wanted. Thankfully, the two Antoniettes helped us during the last two days and made things much better....

"It was our third time staying at Dickinson bay cottages. We love the proximity to the beach. This time we were in a 1 bedroom. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We like the updated washroom, but the towel bar needed to be affixed more securely, possiblyina better location."

"This location is 12 minutes away from the town of St.Johns and less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Dickerson Bay which is one of the nicest beaches on that side of the island. Property is well secured with cameras and motion lights. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Denyse the host is onsite so any issues can be addressed immediately. She is very accommodating and professional. An excellent choice for a home away from home atmosphere"
