"Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff, rooms, location, food, swimming pool, facilities and the great welcome you receive from everyone. They even look after your bags, if you arrive before check in and also after you check out but before you need to go to the airport. The hotel provides changing rooms during these times for you to freshen up. It must be good because Emirates flight crew also use this hotel!"

"From the moment you arrive at Kempinski, you are made to feel welcome. This was our 2nd stay at Kempinski in the last 3 months and we came back this time as we were so well looked after on our first stay. You are treated by all staff with the utmost respect. We will definitely return again."

"Room is quite clean. Water pressure in the shower is good. No bottled water given as there is a tap with filtered water at the sink. To switch off the lamps near the beds, the switches are on top while the switch for the desk lamp is at the side. 3 types of pillows in the pillow menu. No turn-down service. Bed is comfortable. "The hotel is at the heart of Chinatown with a ton of option to eat, shop and play. The property is very modern with a fusion of the traditional style of Singaporean, giving you a sense of how a upscale of Singaporean would have lived and remodeled their home for the 21st century. The amenity is luxurious without being tacky. This is my second time visiting and if I ever come back Singapore this is where I will stay again"
