"Room was clean, facilities were nice but not much to them. No gym or pool, just ping pong. The breakfast was not good. We stayed for a week and the cleaning staff never refreshed the room. We had to bring our trash out to the communal trash can down the hall."

However because I didn’t arrive the day/night before they cancelled my reservation and I was forced to find another hotel. Hotels.com or extended stay owes me my money back. How is this possible. "The first room was not clean at all toilet had poop stains, room was dusty. The second room wasnt all that great and there was no hot water. "

"It was a smoking room and they treated it like the guest didn’t matter. Burn holes in both blankets. Couldn’t open sliding door “safety reason” they said. They wanted u to do towel exchange give 2 towels get to towels. Jacuzzi tub was nice but would have been better if the power was in the jets for shooting water. Lamp shade in room was wrote all over and so was fridge.couldn’t really use ac because it made a noise. I would not suggest this place ever again. My boyfriend and I were so disappointed."
